It's easy, yet robust. The kind of wine that you can turn your brain off for, or dive deep into its nerdy depths. Botrytis presents itself subtly with quiet notes of raisins, caramel and creamed honey. Botrytis is the 'noble rot' responsible for some of the world's best Riesling, and the famous Tokaji wines of Hungary.
